re-constitute fully by simply covering with boiling water.

Re-constitution times go from 2 to 5 minutes.

Sofgrain Instant Rices are ideal for use in Instant formulated cup and bowl meals and snacks.

Sofgrain Instant Rices can be used in sweet formulated instant desserts and infant breakfast cereals. The rices can also be used in dairy desserts and yoghurts, where a soft cooked rice texture is required.
